The Fastener load measurement system 

The fastener load measurement system has some force sensors built into the fastener structure, which directly collects the load of train wheels passing through rail fasteners. It provides a basis for the design optimization of fastener structure and its components: according to the monitoring data of rail fastener load, the structure and material of rail fastener are optimized and adjusted. It lays a foundation for the monitoring of wheel-rail relationship in operation and maintenance: monitoring in typical line sections, using long-term monitoring data to establish a correlation with the abnormal state of wheel-rail, and then providing a basis for preventive maintenance of the line, preventing the further development of line diseases, and reducing the later maintenance cost of the line.

Rubber spring floating plate load measurement system

In prefabricated rubber spring floating slabs, 4 to 6 rubber spring isolators are usually arranged under a single track plate. Due to deviations in foundation construction, ultra-high settings in curved areas, etc., some rubber spring isolators appear under a single track plate. The phenomenon that the rubber spring vibration isolator is not stressed has a certain impact on the vibration damping effect of the rubber spring floating plate and the stability of the line operation. There is a lack of corresponding methods for checking the phenomenon of the rubber spring vibration isolator not being stressed.

In addition, there is a lack of corresponding detection methods for the force of the rubber spring under a single track plate and the uniformity of the force of each rubber spring when a train passes.

In order to solve the above problems, it is planned to develop a rubber spring floating plate load measurement system (hereinafter referred to as the measurement system), and carry out application test research on the measurement system in Ningbo Rail Transit Line 7.

Noise barrier 

For the new construction, reconstruction and expansion of railway and urban rail transit lines passing through the areas where noise sensitive buildings are concentrated, noise barriers need to be set to control and reduce the noise pollution of rail transit. Setting up noise barrier has become an important legal measure.
